Service Description

Enjoy bonding with your little one while incorporating them into poses as we flow through a nurturing & uplifting practice designed specifically for the postnatal body & spirit. Worried that your baby might cry or fuss during class? Don't worry mama! All babies cry and fuss at some point and it will be ok! :) Your welcome to attend to your little one however you need. You can feed and change your little on the mat - do whatever it is you need to do. We look forward to welcoming you and your new baby. Previous yoga experience is not necessary, this program is suitable for new Mamas and babies up to 12 month old.
