Tap into the energy and themes of this month's full moon in a women’s circle that will encourage you to release, connect, and find ease into the next moon cycle. Through a combination of gentle yoga, journal prompts, sharing, and energy release we’ll explore the areas of your body that are holding onto tension and the parts of your mind that are keeping you uneasy.
