About the event
As you relax in the poses, heated basalt stones are gently placed on the body. The heat from the stones gently penetrates into muscles, melting away layers of physical and emotional tension, resulting in a deep state of relaxation. Intuitively selected essential oils will also be massaged to hands & feet to enhance the feeling of relaxation and grounding. You will leave feeling centred, peaceful and rejuvenated. Make sure to bring some water as it is important to rehydrate after the class.
