Mommy & Me Yoga ~ Tuesday's

Enjoy bonding with your little one while incorporating them into poses as we flow through a nurturing & uplifting practice designed specifically for the postnatal body & spirit. Worried that your baby might cry or fuss during class? Don't worry mama! All babies cry and fuss at some point and it will be ok! :) Your welcome to attend to your little one however you need. You can feed and change your little on the mat - do whatever it is you need to do. We look forward to welcoming you and your new baby. ​

 Previous yoga experience is not necessary, this program is suitable for new Mamas and babies up to 12 month old.
