So you’re probably here because you’re on a journey of health discovery of some sorts. Or perhaps you’ve had enough of imperfect health and want to get back on the path to wellness. So what does good health actually mean to you?
To me, good health means having enough energy to do what I want, all day long. It means feeling great in my own skin and positive about life. It means that I’m nourishing my body with what it needs so it can do what it is designed to do.
It’s about self-care. It’s about being present and being in touch with your body.
I believe that wellness is a journey – it’s not about the destination of being ‘fixed’ – it’s really about getting insights and empowerment along the way. The way we deal with health issues can define us, and help us grow. My mission is to help people navigate the healing journey so that they can come out the other side stronger, clearer and ready to move into the next phase of their lives.
