REFUND POLICY

All sales for yoga class passes and memberships are final – no refunds.  5 and 10 class packages expire one year from date of purchase – no exceptions.  Unused product purchases may be returned with the original receipt in original packaging within 14 days for exchange or credit only – no refunds. Returns are accepted only on products that have not been opened, used, or are damaged. Customer is responsible for shipping cost if being returned by mail. Merchandise purchased on sale, including Black Friday is final sale – no returns.  Introductory memberships, class packages, monthly and annual memberships are not transferable and may not be put on hold for reasons other than medical (note required by physician).  Payment for Products & Services by credit card will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Inner Energy Yoga is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates of additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies
