YOGA SHRED HIIT + YIN COMBINATION
The first 30 minutes of this class offers a unique yoga experience that combines a high-intensity boot camp style interval training to help sculpt & tone muscles.
This is a newer & improved way to approach a HIIT workout, followed by a 30 minute cool down.

FLOW & ROLL
Relieve Your Muscle Tension
This Flow + Roll class combines a gentle movement practice to warm up the muscles; followed by myofascial release exercises using Yoga Tune Up® balls.
Myofascial release is a form of self-massage which targets trigger points in the body where injuries, trauma, or even where over stretching can leave you feeling knotted up.

Connect To Your Breath
This is a dynamic class that builds heat, strength and flexibility. Moving through a series of postures strung together in creative sequences you will learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa, designed to help you find proper alignment and will help you connect to your breath.

This class is perfect for people who want to try yoga for the first time or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their practice. In this class we will combine gentle yoga poses with breath exercises to help reduce stress, calm the mind and help prepare for a great night sleep.

Relax ~ Rest ~ Restore
This is a very passive class where many poses are performed while seated or lying down. In this slow-paced class we will use longer held poses anywhere from 2 - 5 min to help target the deep connective tissues of the body.
As we start to target the connective tissues and fascia, we begin to unravel our bodies and release stress and increase circulation enhancing joint mobility and flexibility. This practice is a great complement to our regular lives and we encourage students of every level to participate.

Align With In
This slow Hatha style class will focus on coming into postures with awareness and refining alignment in the fundamental standing and seated poses. We will work towards extending flexibility and strength in the body and developing a calm & stable mind. Although this is a beginner class, there is plenty of work here for experienced practitioners to refine their practice & build strength and stamina. We will work through gentle yoga postures and you will leave the class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed. All levels of yoga are welcome
Total Body Workout
Challenge your mind and body in this full body workout. This class will focus on building a strong and stable core, expect a dynamic exercise which will benefit your entire body.
Modifications will be offered
